The August Flower Press: Medium Size
The Medium August is a standard-size press with a 8” x 10” surface area. It is heavy and able to exert a lot of force to press the flower, to press the flowers hard — the secret to good drying. It has the same strength as the Big August but is less heavy and great for the hobby presser, kids and people looking to just get into flower pressing.
Made with 18mm milled baltic birch with waterproof clear poly faces and embossed with our signature flax flower design, our flower presses are built strong and tough to withstand the pressure needed for efficient and colourful flower pressing.
Your press comes pre-assembled with 6” steel bolts, nuts, washers, and easy-to-use knobs.
They are tall and able to handle a lot of flowers.
The absorbent layers inside the press have been carefully curated to give you the opportunity to succeed in your first pressing:
10 x corrugated cardboard sheets
2 x felted wool sheets
15 x chipboard
All you will need is some cartridge/printer paper to make your press layers ready for all sorts of flowers.
